You can create Daily, Weekly, Monthly or any customized list as per your requirement.

For grocery shopping from the comfort of your home, we encourage you to invite your nearby merchants & supermarket owners and reward points. You can use these rewards points to avail special discounts while shopping with us.

    What is referral rewards program?We offer a 100 reward points for every merchant signing up with us from your reference. You can use these reward points to get discounts while shopping at Red Grocery. We provide you with a unique reference URL in your Account profile’s reward section. You will receive the reward points only when some one joins Red Grocery by clicking on that link.

    How can I redeem rewards point? We would run various offers & deals from time to time on our website. You can avail the discounts by spending your earned reward points. To know about the deals and offers, please keep checking our website OR subscribe to our newsletter.

    Why my delivery address is not showing correctly in Maps?The map view of you delivery address is provided by Google Maps. In some cases, it may happen that Google could not identify the exact address. You can drag the marker image to your correct address. Your accurate delivery address is required to help us serve you better.

    Why I need to verify my mobile number for every order? To provide a better shopping experience to our users we need to verify the mobile number with every order. The mobile number is shared with the respective shop owner to a better coordination during home delivery.
